Cancellation Policy In the event that you need to cancel your booking and we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation, the following terms and conditions apply: If you have already checked in and you need to leave with no fault of the accommodation, you will lose any payment made unless we are able to sell your accommodation again. Booking cancellation notification periods and charges are outline below:
  • 0 – 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of deposit / amount paid
  • 8 – 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 75% of deposit / amount paid
  • 15 – 30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of deposit / amount paid
  • 30+ days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of deposit / amount paid

“No Shows” without cancellation will be charged at 100% of the applicable rate for the total stay.
